Make room in your filing cabinets by boxing up materials to go into alternate storage, to be recycled or to be shredded. You maintain a final say on what stays and what goes. (Starting at $400)
Shelf Organization
Identify content on overflowing shelves for value, frequency of use, and lifespan. Organize the content remaining on the shelves and make arrangements for alternate or added storage. You will soon be showing off your organized space. ( Starting at $100)
Time management
Juggling too many events, projects, and obligations? I can implement a calendar system you can stick to, teach you techniques of saying “No,” and provide you with a check list to help you prioritize. (Starting at $200)

Don’t have time to research and shop for the perfect office supplies or storage systems? Have an expert do the leg work for you based on your budget. Delivery and returns taken care of so you can spend time on your real priorities. ($30/hour not including the cost of supplies)

File Cabinet Make-over
Is your filing cabinet bursting at the seams or is it empty because you hate using it? Then it is time for a filing make-over. We’ll begin with a file purge, assess your personality to custom fit a file system set-up (or plan for electronic conversion), and do all the shopping/research for you. Your cabinets will transform from being the dinosaur looming in your office to the knowledge center it is suppose to be. (Starting at $500)
Master Plan
For the do it yourself people who just need an organization plan outlined with goals and dates; Includes coaching calls (at agreed upon times/frequency) to make sure you are staying on target. ($200)
Maintenance Plan
Need someone to help you maintain your newly organized office? Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly phone calls that last for 30 minutes to go over tasks and goals with someone who has your business success in mind. Get the support you need when you need it.
